Sorry I couldn’t resist lol. To quote the prince, that episode was redehcoolus. I’m wondering at what point did the writers think that any of the story lines last night were good? This show has definitely turned into a parody of itself.

There is more than hope, my friend! I can tell you there will be a pretty epic scene involving Dan and Blair in one of the upcoming episodes that shows he’s still very much an important part of her life.

…that shows Chuck may be even more important to Blair than anyone.

Gossip Girl‘s Chuck and Blair have been a major part of the show’s appeal for many of its fans (Chuck/Blair devotees (who refer to the relationship as “Chair”) are a little scary in their intensity), and are generally considered to be an “endgame” couple. As someone who, somewhat embarrassingly, has watched just about every episode over the past four years, I feel fairly confident in stating the following:
They are the worst relationship on television right now. Chuck Bass is a misogynistic, emotionally-repressed sociopath. It sincerely disturbs me that so many of the show’s (pre?)teen fans consider Chuck/Blair’s story to be about star-crossed lovers, rather than one about an insecure girl trapped in a abusive relationship.
